IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Adyar Gate Hotels to develop ‘InterContinental Kodaikanal Resort’ in Tamil Nadu. The upcoming project is slated to open by 2028.
InterContinental Kodaikanal Resort will offer 100 guest rooms and cottages, along with a wealth of upscale amenities. Guests can enjoy five distinct dining options, ranging from all-day dining and a specialty restaurant to a lobby lounge, pool bar, and the InterContinental Club Lounge. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the resort will feature a pool, fitness center, and spa. Additionally, the InterContinental Kodaikanal Resort will provide two meeting spaces, including a grand ballroom, perfectly suited for social gatherings and MICE events.

Sudeep Jain, Managing Director, South West Asia, at IHG Hotels & Resorts, shared that the resort will respond to evolving guest preferences while setting new standards for luxury and hospitality in Kodaikanal.
