IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with XECO Media LLP to set up a new Holiday Inn Resort in Karjat, Maharashtra. The proposed hotel will cater to leisure travelers, adventure seekers, and hikers as a gateway destination from neighboring towns- Mumbai and Pune.
Holiday Inn Resort Karjat is anticipated to be operational by 2027 and add 150 keys to IHG’s presence in the state. It will feature premium facilities like all-day dining, a bar, a welcoming lobby lounge, banqueting facilities, meeting rooms, a dynamic business center, etc. The hotel will also have a fully equipped gym and an exclusive health club for guests to unwind and relax.
