IKEA’s Ingka Centres to invest 5,500 INR-Crore in ‘Lykli Noida’

The real estate arm of IKEA, Ingka Centres recently announced plans to open its second meeting place in Noida under the Lykli brand. The firm will invest an estimated 5,500 INR-Crore in this project. 

Lykli Noida, anchored by an IKEA store, would be one of the largest retail projects in Delhi NCR, spanning approximately 47,833 SqM. The upcoming project will feature a “Meeting Place”—a concept blending retail with community spaces, creating a destination where people can shop, work, socialize, and relax. These include retail, dining, hotel, co-working spaces, entertainment, and cultural events. It is further expected to draw over 25 million visitors.

Additionally, Lykli Noida is planned to create more than 9,000 jobs, benefiting many people in Uttar Pradesh. This Noida meeting site will open in 2028. Last year, Ingka Centres also revealed plans to open its first meeting venue, Lykli Gurugram, by late 2025. The estimated investment of this project is 400 Million Euros (about 3,500 INR-Crore).
