Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has announced the signing of a 60-year sub-licence agreement between their subsidiary, Roots Corporation, and GMR Goa International Airport Ltd for setting up a new hospitality project branded ‘Ginger Hotel’ at Manohar International Airport in Goa.

The upcoming Ginger Hotel, Goa, is scheduled to be operational in 2027 and will comprise 300 modern, well-appointed guest rooms with compelling amenities. This will be IHCL’s third large-format Ginger hotel at an international airport, following the ones in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The addition of this Ginger Hotel at the new Manohar International Airport in Goa aligns with the company’s growth plan of being present across key transit hubs, said Puneet Chhatwal, MD and CEO of IHCL.
