Marriott International is actively developing “Marriott Marquis”, a luxury hotel near Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. The company partnered with DB Realty and Prestige Group in 2021 to spearhead this high-end hospitality project.
Spread across an anticipated 7.70 Acres, Marriott Marquis Delhi will cover a construction area of 2.5 Million-SqFt. With an estimated investment of 2,182 INR-Crore, the hotel will rise seven storeys, offering a blend of comfort and sophistication.
Luxury Redefined: Marriott Marquis Delhi
The hotel will feature 590 elegantly designed rooms and three exclusive dining options. These include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a diner. Guests will experience Marriott’s signature “M Club Lounge,” an exclusive space for Marriott Bonvoy elite members. The greatroom lobby will further serve as a vibrant social hub, creating a seamless blend of luxury and functionality. Catering to business and leisure travelers, the hotel will also include 85,000 SqFt of meeting space for corporate events and conferences.
Designed by renowned architects Hafeez Contractor and CP Kukreja Architects (CPKA), Marriott Marquis Delhi will be one of India’s largest hotels upon completion. Located near Aerocity, it will elevate Delhi’s luxury hospitality scene.
Recent Updates:
As of March 2025, the project is in its final stages of completion, with 50% of the façade work finished. The hotel is set to open its doors in 2025, bringing world-class hospitality to Delhi’s thriving Aerocity district.
