Brigade Enterprises has entered into a pact with Infopark Kochi to develop a third building complex of the World Trade Centre (WTC). The estimated investment of this project is INR 150 Crore.
The upcoming project will feature a 16-storey tower with six decks of car parking. Located on a non-Special Economic Zone (SEZ) plot, WTC Kochi will offer approximately 2.6 Lakh-SqFt of built-up space. The construction of this project is expected to be completed within three years.

WTC Kochi will generate around 2,700 direct jobs. Furthermore, the land lease agreement was signed at Thiruvananthapuram, on Wednesday, June 19. This new development marks a significant expansion for Infopark Kochi.
