JIIDCO (Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation) has identified 93.09 acres of land for the development of the plastic park at village Ramsagar and Shankarpur, Devipur Tehsil, Deograh District, Jharkhand.
This project is under the ‘Scheme for setting up plastic park’ formulated by Department of Chemicals and Petro Chemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
The proposed project will be implemented and operated by JIIDCO through SPV (special Purpose Vehicle) Jharkhand plastic Park Ltd. Proposed plastic park falls within the Devipur Industrial area.
Project involves development of the industrial plots, utilities & common facilities like staff quarters, administrative building, renovation of school, guest house, canteen, fire station, utility building, worker dormitory & godowns, plastic institute and green area (landscaping).
SPV will also develop external and internal infrastructure such as roads, water supply, power, water treatment, drainage system, sewerage collection & treatment and street lighting.
