JNPA to get 1,000 INR-Crore Corporate Office at Mumbai Port’s Malet Bunder

The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) is set to establish an estimated 1,000 INR-Crore corporate office at Malet Bunder in Mumbai. This iconic high-rise will span over 20 floors and cover nearly 3.16 Acres of leased land. The project aims to enhance operational efficiency and accommodate allied port organizations.

The JNPA office will feature a digital observatory and a state-of-the-art auditorium for 2,000 people. Designed as a green building, it further reflects JNPA’s commitment to sustainability. The facility will also house offices for the Directorate General of Shipping and other key stakeholders.
