Marriott International has signed an agreement with Grey Group to bring JW Marriott Ludhiana to Punjab’s bustling city. Slated for a January 2029 opening, the hotel will form part of a mixed-use development, integrating retail and residential spaces.
The JW Marriott Ludhiana will feature 160 elegantly designed rooms and suites. Guests can expect diverse dining experiences, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty dining venue, a Lobby Lounge, and a Pool Bar. Leisure facilities will include the signature Spa by JW, a fitness center, and a swimming pool, ensuring a holistic guest experience.

Furthermore, the hotel will boast 1,500 SqM of versatile banqueting space. This includes an expansive outdoor lawn, ideal for corporate events, social gatherings, and intimate celebrations. The development is expected to attract both local and international visitors, boosting Ludhiana’s commercial appeal.
