Kanodia Group buys land in Gurugram for INR 153 Crore to build Luxury Housing Project

Kanodia Group, known for its cement business, has recently made a significant move into the real estate sector. The company announced on Tuesday, April 16, that they have acquired an anticipated 1.74 Acres of land in Gurugram, at an estimated INR 153 Crore.

The company plans to develop a luxury residential project on this prime piece of real estate, with a targeted revenue of INR 1,000 Crore. The project is situated in Sector 46 of Gurugram, near Medanta Hospital and the Huda City Center Metro station. It will be launched by the end of this year and is expected to be completed within 48 to 60 months.
