KEF Holdings has proposed a Wellness Centre medical resort project at Kerala’s Chelembra on a 30-acre land near Calicut Airport. KEF Holding will invest 800-crore in the Wellness Resort project. The project is divided into 2 phases. It will include 130 rooms, 44000 Sqft of swimming pool and other facilities such as Yoga, Meditation & Healing. The project is being developed to provide facilities like a comprehensive healthcare program that includes clinical wellness, spa services, physical fitness activities, wellness education and healthy cuisine.
Project Specifications:
This project is currently under construction and will span over a land parcel of 30 acres. The project shall comprise a yoga/aerobics studio, jogging track, a gazebo, and a children’s play area. The project shall also include a dedicated section for indoor games and a Reflexology garden/path. The project also aims at creating a sustainable and eco-friendly ecosystem so the provision for harnessing solar power shall be provided. In the coming years, this project shall become one of the most sought-after destinations of tourist retreat.
