Koderma, Jharkhand to get a Medical college shortly

Koderma in Jharkhand will be getting a Medical college shortly. The Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited has received approvals for the construction of JSBCCL Medical College that will be located at Karma as well as the upgradation of Sardar District Hospital at Koderma, Jharkhand. The setting up of a new medical college as well as the upgradation of the existing Sardar District Hospital will give a boost to the healthcare infrastructure of Koderma. This will help overcome the shortcomings of hospitals in wake of the pandemic.

Project Specifications:

The Medical College and District Hospital shall be situated on land parcels having a total area of 71 acres. The Medical College campus shall also have dedicated hostel facilities for men and women, as well as a dedicated trauma centre, along with an independent Academic building and a separate Administration building.  This medical college will become a centre which upcoming health professionals, doctors, medical staff, and above all, the citizens will look up to. The training and healthcare infrastructure of this building will create skilled healthcare professionals whose efforts may help build a healthy economy with healthy residents.
