Intellia Business Park is strategically located in Kolkata’s central business district (CBD). It sprawls across an anticipated 6 Acres of land parcel, with a development area of nearly 8 Lakh-SqFt. The project will offer approximately 7 Lakh-SqFt of office space, whereas it is expected to be completed by June 2027.
