Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, will invest 300 INR-crore to develop approximately 400,000 SqFt as part of phase 2 of the 30.38-acre Krisumi City housing project in Gurugram’s Sector 36A.
The partners have already contributed the initial capital, aiming for a revenue target of 500 INR-crore. Krisumi Corporation plans to achieve a revenue of 1,200 INR-crore in the fiscal year 2023-24.
The company intends to deliver phase 1 possession starting in January 2024 with plans for phase 3 already underway. Construction for the second phase is currently in progress and expected to be completed within the next four years.
