Larsen & Toubro bags contracts worth INR 2,500 Crore in Mumbai & Hyderabad

Larsen & Toubro has secured contracts worth INR 2,500 Crore in Mumbai & Hyderabad. The First contract is from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology in Hyderabad. This order involves constructing a super specialty hospital at Gachibowli with approximately 11 Lakh-SqFt built-up area. The scope of work encompasses civil constructions, façade, finishes, interiors, MEP services, paramedical, and exterior development.

Additionally, Larsen & Toubro has bagged another order to construct office space in Mumbai. It will have an approximate built-up area of 13 lakh-SqFt. The project includes civil and composite steel constructions for the office floors. It is scheduled to be completed in 20 months.

Moreover, Larsen & Toubro secured an offshore order from ONGC for its Daman Upside Development Project – Wellhead Platforms & Pipelines (DUDP-WP) off India’s west coast. The scope of work includes laying a 140 km pipeline. L&T will handle the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), installation, and commissioning of four wellhead platforms.
