Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a deal for an upcoming hotel in Kundapura, Karnataka. The proposed hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The hotel is expected to open by FY27 and will include captivating interior designs with 80 well-appointed rooms, and enticing amenities such as restaurants, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and other public areas.

Mahesh Aiyer, CEO of Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, said religious tourism is a rapidly growing segment and as a brand, Lemon Tree Hotels is actively expanding in this segment. It will be the ninth addition to the brand’s existing eight hotels and resorts in the state.
