Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new hotel in Gujarat named Lemon Tree Morbi. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotel will manage this new property which is expected to open in FY 2029.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Morbi will showcase 75 well-appointed rooms. It will also feature world-class amenities like a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a spa, and a swimming pool. The hotel’s strategic location further provides easy access to Rajkot International Airport, Morbi Railway Station, and convenient road connectivity for travelers.

Lemon Tree will be partnering with Shivdarsh Hospitality Pvt Ltd for this venture, said Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels. The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Morbi will add to the company’s portfolio as it ventures into Tier II, III, and IV cities.
