A Multinational Company has awarded the Construction contract to L&T for building a Commercial Office Space in Mumbai, encompassing an approximate built-up area of 14.85 Lakh SqFt.
The project entails Engineering, Procurement & Construction responsibilities, including Civil Works, Composite Steel, Façade, MEP, and External Development Activities, to construct 6B+G+12 Floors. The project’s completion is scheduled for 2026.
