L&T Realty, Valor Estate to develop INR 20,000 Crore project in BKC, Mumbai

L&T Realty, the property development arm of Larsen & Toubro, has entered into a binding agreement with Valor Estate, to develop a mixed-used project in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

The estimated cost of this upcoming project by L&T in BKC is INR 20,000 Crore. Spanning over 10 Acres of land parcel, it features premium housing, commercial spaces, and a 1,000-key five-star luxury hotel. Valor Estate will entirely own the proposed luxury hotel.

This mixed used project by L&T in BKC will have a total development potential exceeding 7.5 Million-SqFt. The land parcel is adjacent to the upcoming Bombay High Court complex. Both companies expect to complete the entire project, including rehabilitation work, over the next 5-6 years. Additionally, Valor Estate is in advanced talks with international hotel brands for a 30-year operating agreement for the luxury hotel, which will be part of the larger layout on this land.
