Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured multiple contracts to construct luxury towers in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The company announced these wins on Wednesday, March 5. L&T’s buildings and factories division will oversee these projects.
The total value of these projects is between 1,000 INR-Crore and 2,500 INR-Crore. In Mumbai, the company will construct two high-rise luxury towers, soaring up to 273 M. Meanwhile, the Bengaluru project will feature 14 luxury towers built on a design-and-build basis. Additionally, the Chennai project will comprise 25 luxury towers, designed and marketed under the same model.

Alongside these new contracts, L&T also received additional orders for its ongoing work, further strengthening its pipeline. With these projects, L&T continues to redefine skylines, blending innovation with architectural excellence.
