Gurugram-based M3M Group plans to invest an estimated INR 1,200 Crore in an uber luxury residential project. This project, named M3M Altitude, will be located on the Golf Course Road Extension in Gurugram.
M3M Altitude spans an anticipated 4 Acres and is part of the larger 60-acre M3M Golf Estate. It is designed by Uptown Hansen Architects (UHA), a globally renowned architect from London. The project offers meticulously designed 350 super-luxury residences priced between INR 10-30 Crore.

M3M Altitude Landscape will include 4 BHK (plus a servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3,780 to 8,000 SqFt. It is scheduled to be completed by 2031. Notably, it will feature the tallest sky club in Gurugram, measuring nearly 2 Mn-SqFt. This ambitious luxury project aims to redefine upscale living in Gurugram, combining architectural excellence with premium amenities.
