M3M, India’s leading real estate developer, is planning to launch six projects worth approximately 3250 INR-crore over 6.5 M SqFt of land parcel in FY24. M3M has successfully delivered two residential (M3M Heights and M3M Flora 68) and a commercial project (M3M Skylofts) worth 1250 INR crore in the first half of this financial year.
In the second half of this FY, M3M will deliver three projects namely – M3M Loft 74, M3M Atrium 57, and M3M Soulitude. Together, these projects will cover approximately 4 Million-SqFt of land area with the estimated construction cost of 2000 INR-Crore.
- M3M Loft 74 is a mixed-use project developed over 7.5 acres of land parcel. It includes 1 BHK serviced Lofts, four fashion retail levels, ten screen theaters, and a fine dining space.
- M3M Atrium 57 is a commercial project developing over an acre of land parcel. The four-storey structure will house – a blend of retail shops, cafes, and food courts. The project is estimated to be delivered by 2025.
- M3M Soulitude is a low-rise housing project developing over 60 acres of land parcel. It will include 11 residential towers elevating over four levels.

The real estate developer has also launched Premium retail projects – M3M Jewel and M3M Route 65 this year with a combined revenue of 7650 INR-Crore. The company will generate approximately 14,000-15,000 job opportunities with its ongoing projects.
