Maharashtra’s Eknath Shinde-Devendra Fadnavis government is establishing the first-ever museum dedicated to Chanakya in Lonavala. Chanakya, an influential figure in Indian history, played a vital role in the rise of the Mauryan empire. The museum, named Acharya Chanakya Museum, will showcase his remarkable works on politics, economics, social affairs, military strategy, and religion.
The state Tourism Minister, Mangal Prabhat Lodha, announced plans to offer short courses lasting up to seven days for tourists, teachers, and students interested in learning about Chanakya’s teachings. The museum will also feature a grand statue of Chanakya, paying tribute to his significant contributions.
This unique initiative aims to educate and inspire visitors, shedding light on the profound wisdom and guidance provided by Chanakya.
