Mahindra Lifespaces bags INR 2,050 Crore deals in Mumbai and Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, announced the closure of two deals in Mumbai and Bengaluru worth INR 2,050 Crore in gross development value (GDV).

Mahindra Lifespaces has secured the redevelopment project for seven residential societies in Borivali West, Mumbai. They will undertake this project following the state’s cluster redevelopment policy. The estimated revenue potential of this project is INR 1,800 Crore.

Furthermore, they acquired a prime land parcel of an anticipated 2.37 Acres in Singasandra, south Bengaluru. This land has a developable potential of approximately 2.5 Lakh SqFt and is adjacent to their existing Mahindra Zen project. They are expecting an estimated INR 250 Crore in revenue.
