Mahindra Lifespaces in a Joint Venture with Guest Keen Williams (GKW) will develop one of Mumbai’s largest land parcels in Bhandup. The approximate sale value for the project ranges between 8,000 INR-Crore and 11,000 INR-Crore.
The JV has proposed to develop a mixed-use project including residential, retail, and office spaces under this venture. It spreads across 37 Acres of land parcel and is estimated to be completed within 8 to 10 years. The project also has provisions for public amenities like a playground, a public park, a municipal school, and a cultural theater.

Mahindra Lifespaces and GKW recently signed the term sheet for the Joint Venture. The developer will be able to sell approximately 40 Lakh SqFt of carpet area. In 2005, GKW sold 22 Acres of land to Neptune Group for 92 INR-Crore.
