Mahindra Logistics Ltd (MLL) has announced setting up a warehousing facility worth an estimated INR 170 Crore at Phaltan in Pune, Maharashtra. The state-of-the-art facility will be developed in two phases over an anticipated 25 Acres of land parcel and a construction area of 6.5 Lakh SqFt.
The first phase of the project will occupy approximately 3.5 Lakh SqFt and is scheduled to be operational by Q3 2024-25. It will be integrated with MLL’s network of warehouses, full truckload, and express parcel services, as well as comply with the company’s sustainability standards, including decarbonisation, utilising renewable power, following green warehousing standards, and development of local communities.

Mahindra Logistics will be responsible for providing inbound logistics services to automobile and manufacturing companies around the region. The company also has plans to dedicate resources to skill development initiatives, creating employment opportunities.
