Man Infraconstruction Limited has announced that its subsidiary, MICL Creators LLP, has acquired the development rights for a cluster development project from ten adjoining societies in Ghatkopar.
The project holds significant revenue potential, estimated at INR 1,200 Crore. Under this venture, MICL will undertake the development of a luxurious residential project spanning approximately 4 lakh SqFt.
Notably, Man Infraconstruction holds a 60% partnership interest in MICL Creators. The total construction, covering an area of around 13 lakh SqFt, is expected to be completed within 3.5 to 4 years.
