Man Infraconstruction acquired a prime redevelopment project at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The project aims to revitalize Artek Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in the Kalanagar area at BKC.
The project encompasses a total construction space of about 5 Lakh-SqFt with a RERA carpet area of around 1.5 Lakh-SqFt. The MICL Group intends to complete and execute this project within 3 years after its launch date. Man Infraconstruction will construct this project with a 34% stake. Meanwhile, Arhan Homes LLP, the associated entity, will carry out the redevelopment.
