The realty developer Mangalam Group announced an estimated investment of INR 150 Crore towards its new upcoming commercial project named ‘Manglam Signature Elite‘ in Jaipur. The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
The project sprawls across an anticipated 310,000 SqFt area and will house retail spaces on 25% of the total land, whereas the remaining land will be reserved for offices. The size of the retail and office spaces ranges from 735 SqFt to 20,000 SqFt and is aimed at accommodating various businesses.

Additionally, Mangalam Group also launched its luxury residential project in Jaipur named ‘Manglam Rambagh Project‘ worth an estimated investment of INR 200 Crore. The developer has completed 69 projects covering approximately 421.98 Lakh SqFt and has 29 ongoing projects under its portfolio.
