Mega Networks, an advanced networking solutions provider, is gearing up to establish a state-of-the-art AI server manufacturing facility in Mumbai. The company plans an estimated initial investment of INR 100 Crore for this project.
The upcoming AI server manufacturing facility is expected to start production by the end of this year (2024). Mega Networks is in the final stages of land acquisition and completing other obligations. The company expects to close the deal within the coming month.

In FY24, Mega Networks recorded a revenue of INR 300 Crore and anticipates a 30% revenue growth in FY25. The company also aims to venture into semiconductor packaging and is exploring technical partnerships for an Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility.
