On Tuesday, October 1, Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) announced securing the Commencement Certificate (CC) for its ultra-luxurious residential project in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
The new project by MICL in Mumbai spans an anticipated 3 Acres of land parcel. It includes 10 residential towers, each rising around 15 storeys high. The total saleable carpet area of the development is around 3.5 Lakh-SqFt.

This new project will feature exquisite 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences. Additionally, MICL revealed that the estimated sale potential exceeds 1,200 INR-Crore. Moreover, the project is being executed through a joint venture entity under MICL’s asset-light Development Management (DM) model, ensuring efficient execution.
