Migsun Group has secured the development rights for two key bus terminals in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The company plans to develop around 1.3 Million-SqFt of commercial space at an estimated investment of 300 INR-Crore. Through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Migsun will develop the bus terminals and transfer them to the government.
This project marks the entry of Migsun into the real estate market of Agra. The first terminal will offer approximately 350,000 SqFt for development, while the second will host an anticipated 1 Million-SqFt of commercial space.

Additionally, Migsun Group is developing 5 Acres of land parcel in Lucknow, which it recently acquired from Medanta Group. The project is slated for completion within 36 months. The first phase is expected to be delivered by 2027. Already active in Noida, Ghaziabad, and Lucknow, Migsun aims to expand its footprint further across Uttar Pradesh.
