Migsun Group to invest INR 500 Crore across 4 projects in Greater Noida

The Migsun Group plans to invest an estimated INR 500 Crore in four mixed-use commercial projects covering 2 Mn-SqFt. These projects have received RERA approval and are set for completion by 2028.

Three of the four projects are located in the Yamuna Expressway area. The group aims to bring the best international experiences to this region. The fourth project is situated in Greater Noida. The investment will come from Migsun Group’s internal accruals and customer advances.

Additionally, the Migsun Group has launched a mixed-use project in Lucknow. They invested around INR 426 Crore on a 5-acre land parcel acquired from the Medanta Group. This project includes the development of approximately 800,000 SqFt of retail and serviced apartments.

The group is also executing a retail project in Delhi’s Rohini. Avenue Supermarts (the operator of the retail chain D-Mart) recently bought 47,000 SqFt for INR 108 Crore as part of its store expansion strategy. Moreover, Migsun Group is developing 1 Mn-SqFt of retail space on a 9-acre land parcel in Rohini. This investment by the developer reflects their commitment to real estate development and their focus on delivering quality projects in key locations.
