The estimated construction cost of the project is INR 3,071 Crore. With 12 high-rise luxury residential towers, towering G+39 floors, it will house around 3,780 flats. Additionally, it is planned with an impressive 81% of open spaces. My Home Akrida, part of a Mega Integrated Township, is a joint venture between My Home Group and Prathima Group.

Moreover, each of the 12 towers will feature 8 flats per floor, with options of 2, 2.5, and 3BHK Premium Lifestyle Apartments. The project will also boast a double-height entrance lobby in each tower, two expansive clubhouses covering approximately 1,00,000 SqFt, rooftop futsal, pickleball courts, and a temperature-controlled swimming pool. My Home Akrida will be rolled out in phases, eventually offering more residential options, a world-class mall, an international school, a hospital, and many more amenities.
