Construction of the Rs 400 crore National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Academy near Koradi Temple will finally start from June.
The project spread over 153-acres of land will be a place with world-class infrastructure where people from across the world will come to train.
Strategically located, the project has easy access by road because of being located next to the popular Koradi Temple.
The project involves the construction of an Admin Block, Training Block & Residential Building. Once completed, National and International-level training courses in the field of disaster management will be organised here.
On 2nd Jan 2020, Shri Amit Union Minister of Home Affairs, Shri Amit Shah laid the foundation of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Academy at Nagpur.
