The Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) has recently launched the Gokulpeth Market Redevelopment project worth an estimated 1,072 INR-Crore. This venture has been awarded to Maathi Developers Pvt Ltd, a sister company of the renowned Goel Ganga Group based in Pune.
Sprawling an anticipated 14,205.55 SqM of land, the Gokulpeth Market Redevelopment will have an approximate construction area of 1.73 Lakh-SqM. It will also feature showrooms, shops, multiplexes, banquet halls, restaurants, and premium office spaces. Designed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, the project follows a cutting-edge Design Build Finance Maintain Sell (DBFMS) framework.

Furthermore, it promises to feature Central India’s tallest mixed-use towers, with state-of-the-art parking facilities spanning from the basement to the 7th floor. Hiten Seth and Associates (HSA) will oversee the design and project management. Additionally, the project is slated for construction within 60 months.
