NTT has partnered with Prestige Group to establish a 100 MW data center in Bangalore, India.
The project involves the development of a Million SqFt gross leasable area (GLA) across three phases, marking Prestige Group’s entry into the data center business. The total transaction value, which includes land and infrastructure development costs, amounts to INR 700 crore.
Under the agreement, Prestige will construct three DC buildings of 350,000 SqFt for NTT. The first building is expected to be completed within 12 months.
