Project Overview:

The OBCC (Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation Ltd) has undertaken the redevelopment of MKCG (Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati) Medical College and Hospital at Brahmapur in Odisha. The project’s master plan envisions redeveloping the existing campus into a well-integrated, sustainable, best-in-class medical college and hospital.

The scope of work involves the development of a 450-bed hospital block, an ESS (Electrical Substation) block, a guest house, and an indoor stadium. Additionally, the project will feature hostel blocks for ladies and gents surgeons, along with a separate UG Girls’ Hostel.

The MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Odisha will sprawl an anticipated 30 Acres of land parcel, with a construction area of approximately 1,244,477 SqFt. The estimated construction cost of the project is INR 500 Crore. It is expected to be operational by 2026.

DDF Consultants Pvt Ltd serves as the design architect for this project, alongside Swati Structure Solutions Pvt Ltd, which provides structural engineering services.
