Oberoi Realty, a listed real estate developer, plans to develop a 1.8 Million-SqFt mall, a hotel, and commercial office space in Mumbai’s bustling Worli area.
The upcoming project will cover about 1.6-1.8 Million-SqFt. The company is targeting a mall of around 6 –7 Lakh-SqFt and a small hotel of about 80,000–1 Lakh-SqFt. Additionally, the remaining space will be dedicated to offices. Oberoi expects to start construction on this grand Worli project within the next two quarters.

Furthermore, Oberoi Realty plans to launch a new project on Pokhran Road in Thane and develop two towers in Borivali and Goregaon. The company is set to execute five towers on Pokhran Road, with L&T having already been awarded the contract. The work has commenced, and Oberoi may launch one or two of them soon.
