The Odisha Single Window Committee (SWC), during its 10th meeting, gave in-principle approval to seven renewable energy projects. The proposed developments will attract an estimated investment of 1,191.47 INR-Crore.
These projects will add a combined capacity of around 149.97 MW. The approved scope includes two wind power projects with a total capacity of 95.7 MW. Moreover, the panel cleared four ground-mounted solar projects with a combined output of 53.97 MW. Additionally, the committee approved the first-ever battery storage project in the state with a capacity of 0.6 MWh.

The developments align with the Odisha Renewable Energy Policy-2022. Furthermore, these renewable energy projects will strengthen Odisha’s sustainable infrastructure pipeline.
