The Odisha Government is planning to construct an iconic IT tower at Satya Nagar. It will offer world-class office space to top national and international IT and ITeS companies. Spread across an anticipated 6 Acres in the city’s heart, the project aims to boost Odisha’s IT infrastructure. Odisha Bridge Construction Corporation (OBCC) Ltd will execute the project, and it has already floated tenders to find a turnkey contractor.
The upcoming IT tower in Odisha will feature a total built-up area of around 1.90 Lakh-SqM. It will include three basements, each covering 53,120 SqM, and 34 floors above ground. Additionally, the plan includes a service basement and a separate four-storey structure within the premises. The design will ensure maximum functionality, flexibility, and sustainability. Significantly, the IT tower will have the capacity to accommodate 8,000 staff members. The first and second basements will each provide parking for 500 cars, while the third basement will accommodate 1,000 cars.

Moreover, the ground and first floors will include a grand reception, a lobby, a club, a library, and common areas. The upper floors will be dedicated exclusively to premium office spaces. This IT tower will stand as a major milestone in Odisha’s construction landscape, blending cutting-edge design with operational efficiency.
