Omaxe-led consortium bags two bus terminal projects worth INR 385 Crore in Uttar Pradesh

Omaxe Ltd, on Saturday, February 17, announced that its consortium (jointly led by Together Developers Pvt Ltd and Radhika Builders Pvt Ltd), has bagged the contract for the development of two bus terminals in Uttar Pradesh’s Amausi and Ayodhya Dham.

The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) will execute this project at a combined estimated cost of INR 385 Crore. The bus terminal at Amausi, Lucknow will be developed at approximately INR 160 Crore over an anticipated land parcel of 20,170 SqM, whereas the Ayodhya Dham bus terminal will see an investment of INR 225 Crore and will sprawl across nearly 36,426 SqM.

The projects will be developed on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis over 90 years in a PPP (Public-Private Partnership) mode. These are expected to be completed within two years of commencement and will use world-class new construction technologies together with local culture and architecture.
