Real estate giant Omaxe will invest 400 INR-Crore to develop two commercial projects in Faridabad, Haryana. These developments will be part of its sprawling 120 Acres mixed-use destination, World Street by Omaxe.
The first project, New Singapore, will span an anticipated 11.6 Acres of land parcel and cover approximately 15 Lakh-SqFt. It will primarily feature retail spaces, bringing a world-class shopping experience to the city. Meanwhile, the second project, Clarkee, will cover nearly 2 Acres and feature over 15 nightclubs, bars, and restaurants, offering a vibrant social scene.

Omaxe aims to complete these commercial projects in Faridabad by 2029. So far, the company has launched around 700 units, attracting significant interest.
