The projects in Bandra’s Pali Hill have a development potential of approximately 1.5 Lakh SqFt, whereas the Carter Road projects have a construction area of nearly 1.6 Lakh SqFt. Both these projects cover approximately 0.5 Acres of land with estimated revenues of INR 500 Crore each.

Meanwhile, the Kandivali’s Mahavir Nagar project boasts a development potential of over 2.5 Million SqFt. It has a GDV of nearly INR 3,500 Crore.
