PM Modi to lay foundation stone for India’s largest green hydrogen hub on November 29

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Visakhapatnam on Friday, November 29, to lay the foundation stone for India’s largest Green Hydrogen Hub. NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) will spearhead the construction of this groundbreaking project, which will be located in Pudimadaka, Anakapalle district.

Spread across an anticipated 1,600 Acres, the Green Hydrogen Hub has an estimated investment of 1,85,000 INR-Crore. It will produce 1,500 Tonnes of green hydrogen daily. Additionally, it will generate 4,500 Tonnes of green ammonia, 1,500 Tonnes of green methanol, and 1,500 Tonnes of SAF or green urea.
