PNC Infratech Limited has announced that it signed concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the implementation of three Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Highway Projects. The Company incorporated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for these projects, with an aggregate bid project cost of INR 3264.43 Crore.
The first project involves the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi – Ranchi – Kolkata Highway from the junction with Chandauli – Chainpur Road near Khainti village to the junction with Bhabhua – Adhaura road near Palka village in Bihar under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode – Package 2 – Varanasi Kolkata Highway Package 2 Private Limited, with a contract value of INR 891.00 Crore.
The second project includes the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi – Ranchi – Kolkata Highway from the junction with Bhabhua – Adhaura Road in Bhairopur village to Konki village in Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode – Package 3 – Varanasi Kolkata Highway Package 3 Private Limited, with a contract value of INR 1113.43 Crore.
Lastly, the third project is the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi-Ranchi Kolkata Highway from Pachmon village to Anarbansalea village on Hybrid Annuity Mode – Package 6 – Varanasi Kolkata Highway Package 6 Private Limited, with a contract value of INR 1260.00 Crore.
All these projects are scheduled to be constructed within 24 months from the declaration of respective appointed dates and will be operated for 15 years post-construction.
