Prestige Estates announces Whitefield Residential Project with INR 550 Crore revenue potential

Prestige Estates, on November 24, announced the launch of its new luxury residential project named Prestige Glenbrook at Whitefield, Banglore’s IT hub. The proposed project will be developed over 4.5 acres of land parcel with an estimated revenue potential of INR 550 Crore. It is anticipated to be completed within four years of commencement.

Prestige Glenbrook will include two high-rise residential towers offering 285 premium apartments in 2, 3 & 4 BHK configurations. The project will also include modern luxury amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, mini retail mall, mini theatre, gym, creche, sports courts, etc.

The total anticipated construction area for the apartments and villas is 10.5 Mn SqFt with 9.7 Mn SqFt reserved for apartments. The retail mall will occupy 1 lakh SqFt of land. The prices will start from INR 70 Lakh to INR 2.5 Crores for individual apartments.

With more than 150 Mn SqFt of development, Prestige Estates has now completed more than 280 projects. With the launch of Prestige Glenbrook, the real estate developer aims to make a landmark in Bangalore’s Whitefield.
