Real Estate Developer Prestige Group, is set to launch its largest residential project in Kozhikode, Kerala, with a revenue potential of INR 1,200 Crore. The company is developing this project in a joint effort with Westin Developers.
“Prestige Ocean Pearl” will sprawl over an anticipated 1.5 Mn SqFt construction area with an estimated cost of INR 800 Crore. The project will feature four residential towers with 500 premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments. These would be 28-storey high and are anticipated to be completed in May 2027.

Prestige Group has already completed and delivered over 5 Mn SqFt in Kochi, including residential and commercial developments. The company also launched Prestige Glenbrook in Bengaluru, sprawling over 4.5 acres in November. The company aims to launch more residential projects in Q4 of FY24.
