Prestige Group, a developer based in Bengaluru, has introduced its largest residential township in a single-phase development in Bengaluru with a topline of INR 6,000 Crore.
The project, named Prestige Park Grove, set across a 71-acre land parcel near the eastern IT corridor of Whitefield, encompasses 3,627 apartments within 19 high-rise towers. Adjacent to the Kadugodi metro station, the project will also feature an enclave of 88 independent villas.
On August 10th, Prestige Group collaborated with PropVR, the 3D visualization division of Square Yards, to launch and create 3D models of their upcoming luxury projects inside the Metaverse.
