Prestige Group has launched its first NCR township project, The Prestige City – Indirapuram. Spanning an anticipated 62.5 Acres, this integrated township targets around 9,000 INR-Crore gross development value (GDV) in phase one. Acquired for 468 INR-Crore, it covers approximately 10 Million-SqFt.
The Prestige City – Indirapuram offers 3,421 premium residences across 19 towers in phase 1 – Oakwood and Mulberry. It offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations with 3 & 4 BHK + home office variations. The carpet area ranges from 1,301-6,026 SqFt, depending on the configuration, while the prices start from 1.6 INR-Crore. Phase 1 of the project has received RERA approval. Construction will begin soon, with completion expected within four years. Meanwhile, Phase 2, “Mayflower,” will raise the GDV to 12,000 INR-Crore.

Additionally, this township project by Prestige will showcase amenities like two clubhouses spanning over 100,000 SqFt and 1.18 Million-SqFt, a gymnasium, swimming pools, sports courts, and children’s play areas. The development also features schools and retail spaces, promoting a self-sustained community.
